Job description:

1. Generate the attendance /mis/project/dar/dsr data from the report and making report sheet in excel 2. Responsible for interaction with applicant for all documents like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter by followup call/email 3. revenue generation through premium offer hiring proposal only lead//data provide by us. 4. Coordination with far sight for day to day operational issue. Also, update and maintain hourly report 5. Taking exit interviews and tries to retain them by solving their issues if any 6. Responsible for joining formalities and proper documentation of all member 7. Conducting HR orientation and induction of new joiners 8. Timely process of all f&f (end to end basis) related formalities 9. Generating the employee codes and doing login process 10. Identify the training need and schedule training programs by coordinating with trainer
