Role: Candidate will have to respond to chat and email, inbound calls. The candidate has to guide customers to fill the form and make payment, escalate queries to the senior, etc. Should know how to write a mail and use the basic internet.Good to Fluent communication required.Basic knowledge of MS-Excel is must required.
