Job description:

Job Description: The incumbent will need to analyze the data present in the online software of a US-based Medical Billing Company (our client) and then contact various US-based medical insurance companies via phone to know the status of outstanding medical claims. In the process, the incumbent will gather necessary details of non-responded, underpaid, and denied medical claims or may need to verify eligibility of patients. Based on these findings, incumbent will perform necessary action in the software to update the status of those claims. Shift: This process is performed during Night Shift only as the incumbent needs to call insurance companies operating during their daytime in USA. Minimum Educational Qualification Required: Graduate in any stream Skills Required: Good Listening Skills Good Spoken and Written English Data interpretation and Analytical abilities Good Interpersonal skills Under Graduates may also apply MS Office & Internet usage awareness
