Process Name: - Paytm Customer Service Designation – Executive operations (CSA) CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Paytm Pre- Requisites: Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age. Must have above average (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills Should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment (Female between 7am to 7Pm). Fixed 9 hours shift. No transport (one side transport during the odd hours only after 10.30pm and before 7am) No Meals Eligibility Criteria:- Graduate/Under-graduate. 0- 6 Year customer service experience. Job Description: 1. Must possess above average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI). 2. Clarity in speech with neutral accent. 3. Should have problem solving attitude. 4. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
