Job description:

We are looking for a talented, curious, self-starter to join our team as an Air Ticketing and Operations Associate. You will be responsible for issuing air tickets for B2C and B2B customers, handling post booking queries like date change / cancellations / baggage enquiries and keeping track of customer transactions and following up with customers for payment within timelines and take necessary action in the absence thereof. You Will Be Expected To • Manage end to end customer on-boarding process • Take inbound enquiries • Maintaining consistent communication with customers regarding progress of conversion and post conversion as well • Interact with partners and vendors regarding customer transactions, including managing customer's flight bookings, amendments, cancellations To ensure 100% quality checks is done before tickets are issued to ensure there is no error resulting in loss to the company • Conduct check and balances as per sanction terms and create customer accounts
