Job Resposibilities: 1. Creating a "Customer Delight" for customers/clients. 2. Candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience in the similar role and should be proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali & Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.) 3. Familiar with Whatsapp Orders 4. Ensure courteous and best of experience for every walk-in customer. 5. Problem Solving and intuitive decision making capabilities 6. Suggest the right products to the customers after taking inputs regarding their requirements, without pushing the sales. 7. Strong Co ordination with departments 8. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & MS Excel would be a sure advantage. 9. Open to New challenges.
