Job description:

It's a Direct Job on company pay roll. We don't take any charges from the Job Seekers. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Handling customer on chat, calls, E-Mail, Whatsapp. 2) Coordinating with the vendor for delivery of orders. 3) Daily follow up of leads from different channels. 4) Incentives on cross-sale, up-sale and remarketing sales. 5) Incentives on putting extra efforts and generating sales. Requirement: 1) Typing speed should be greater than 25 wpm. 2) English communication should be average or above. 3) Minimum 6 months to 2-year experience. 4) Should be able to talk professionally with the customers. 5) Should have ability to convince customers.
