Job description:

• Tele calling Clients for Different Programs. • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. • Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counselling. • Counselling students and parents about our courses and programs. • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. • Coordinate with Clients and vendors over the phone. • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. • Excellent organizational skills • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Customer service attitude is Must. • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) • Must be well versed in MS Office and Outlook. • Professional attitude and appearance. • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in English (oral and written) - Only Female Candidate.
