Job Description:
1) Identifying business leads from different sectors, services & inbound inquiries.
2) To call prospective customers and generate interest in the services offered.
3) Taking feedback from existing and new clients.
4) Create client interest in the services by communicating its features.
6) To generate quality appointments for the sales team & forward to respective managers.
7) Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records with follow ups and status on a daily basis until the lead is closed.
8) Daily MIS to be mailed to the reporting manager.
9) Managing good relationship with customers. Interaction with existing and new customers.
