Oversees daily activities of branch to provide the highest quality of customer service to customers & suppliers complaints identifies potential problems and takes corrective action. Accountable for effective and efficient Cost controls; meets quarterly performance expectations in the areas of sales. Prepares and submits clear, concise, timely and accurate reports as assigned. Monitors and ensures that the delivery process requirements are met in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitors and reviews sales performance versus the set targets and provides support to the sales team (i.e. assist them in closing difficult sales deals) in order to ensure its achievement. Motivates the sales team to maintain high morale to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Evaluates performance of the sales personnel and that has to be intimate to the Marketing Head.
