Job description:

Facilitate strong working relationship with Buyers. Manage requests for samples and ensuring all orders are processed as per quality and time-line expectations of the Buyer. It involves the entire gamut from designing & sampling, booking a purchase, production follow-up and coordinating deliveries. Analyzing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines. Regular interaction with Buyers and Suppliers to ensure deliveries are made on schedule. Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise. Identify and develop potential vendors. Ensure periodic MIS Reports are prepared and submitted. Gather market and competitor information and provide feedback on future trends to support marketing initiatives & campaigns.
