Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan and auto loan lead assigned by the central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business. Compare options for multiple banks and advise customers on the best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service. Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM Generate referral leads from existing customers fluent english requrment.
