Job description:
• Primary point of contact for one or two key clients
• Responsible for regular orders & identifying new opportunities.
• Maintain and improve relationship with both existing and new clients.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions • Day to day operations including strategic planning of resources
• Assist Client/customers through email, phone and visits. Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage challenging client requests or escalations.
• Ensure timely reports & dashboards on account status.
Skills:
• Proven experience as Account Manager or relevant role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible to travel
