Job description:
ROLE PURPOSE To work as an efficient branch coordinator & maintaining all task related to Projects/operations
Responsibilities
• To monitor & prepare weekly & monthly reports of the branch/office & sharing with Reporting Manager
• To collect & maintain proof of delivery of materials at the branch/office & to share details with sales person & logistics executive
• To follow up with the pending payments and to provide the status of payments to reporting manager.
• To coordinate with existing local vendors and building relationship with new vendors.
• To maintain & verify the invoices/bills of office expenditure (office rent, electricity bills and internet etc.) & office employee conveyance report and send hard copies of the expenditure to the head office.
• To support other teams with various administrative task.
• To deal with customer complaints and issues.
