Position Title : Sales Manager /Sales Associate Business Group : Direct Sales Purpose of the Job : The prime responsibility is to execute sales strategy through direct sales channel in line with branch plan and in charge of collections. Key Responsibilities :  Will be responsible to drive and executes cross selling of all product offerings extended by the branch.  Network and build relationships with existing and new customers to achieve assigned targets and cater to servicing requirement of clients Adhere to regulatory requirement and Compliance Key Deliverable:  Driving sales targets of the assigned locations.  Developing emerging locations by organizing regular promotional activities.  Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre & post customer service.  Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
