Understand human capital management process financials, legal and benefits.
Thorough understanding of RPO industry
Responsible for driving new business for a new division of a successful company
Leverage existing reputation of company to obtain new clients in RPO Space
Work closely with delivery team to quality timely performance as per client expectations and agreed SLA's
Design and present customized scenarios to talent executives for RPO solutions
Develop new relationships with high level executives with decision making power
Develop sales presentations, contract negotiations, pricing models and defined scope of work on RPO engagements
Play central role in closing engagements
work with delivery team to ensure go live dates and performance
Excellent client relationship development skills
Solution sales experience
Ability to negotiate
Self motivated with ability to make strategic decisions for aggressive growth
