Acquisition of Clients for sales. Direct sales to various corporate and general customers.. Promoting company product in various residential exhibitions and seminars. Attending to customers queries through advertisement in print media, web queries and SMS queries. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone & personal visits. Focus on gaining new incremental revenue. Responsible for supervising and motivating a team of marketing professionals. Interacting with employees and assist customers in response to their concerns, questions, or complaints. Responsible for selling of plot/flat. Interacting with Clients Knowledge of Real Estate Sector is additional credential. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Knowledge of management principles. Ability to manage multi-tasks. Good communicator, and possess strong decision-making skills. Good team player and ability to lead a team. Note: - Must have his/her conveyance
