Infrascale India is looking for a high-performing Sales Leader to help us continue our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.
• Proven sales record for the last 5 or more years by phone/consultative selling
• Manage a solid inside sales/lead generation team that exceeds sales goals
• Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals
• Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in sales position (US Market) in a technology or IT Industry
• Polished communication skills (telephonic and writing)
• Can use MS Office, Salesforce.com
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must have a high standard of accountability and demonstrate high level of concern for work output.
