Key Responsibility Area  Lead generation through different sources and converting them into deals.  Good at closing deals, negotiation, client handling, convincing skills.  Recruit, train and manage Sales Team to drive business.  Leading Nationwide sales team member to achieve sales target.  Responsible for sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.  Plan business strategy/ Execution Plan and sales forecasting.  Responsible for planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Personal Attributes:  Strong communication skill and team management skill  Having in-depth knowledge of Real Estate Market.  Having sound network of brokers, investors and prospective corporate clients.  Problem solving attitude.  Strong negotiation skill.  High levels of passion and ownership.
