Ensuring timely query resolution within TAT and handling escalations and resolving them. Providing overview of various MIS and feedback for management review. Ensuring adherence to processes, policies & procedure within the TAT.- Good working knowledge of MS office. Provide accurate and timely budget report and accrual tasks. Problem identification, problem solving/resolution."
