Sales Manager to handle the team of Medical Representatives and maximize the sales 1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. 2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. 3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Medical representatives. 4. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 5. To be in the field at least for 15 days a month. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Any Graduate male less than 40 years of age. 3-5 years Managerial experience in pharma. ( Ayurvedic preferred)
