Teacher Acquisition & Relationship Management - Understanding the local teacher community in different geographies and developing a plan to enlist them within the Furtados HIGH umbrella brand. - Executing a local acquisition plan in each city which will include building a sales team for tele-calling and physical contact for registering teachers. This is a result driven role; with specific monthly acquisition targets - In addition to acquisition; this role will require candidate to develop a relationship with registered teachers to retain them and grow them professionally
Local Business Development - Explore & execute marketing opportunitiesâ through events, society activities and other below the line marketing initiatives in the city.
â¢ Develop local institutional business â via partnerships with Clubs, Schools, Music Schools and Corporate Offices.
