Job description:

To have excellent business acumen & business development skills, rounded business experience, and good negotiation and people skills · Identify, target and capture new customers · Generate new clients for the company and serve the existing one · Generate business/ revenue for the company · Should be target oriented and achieve the monthly sales target. · Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with executive management and senior figures · Presentation skills are essential .Has the ability to be flexible and adaptable while working in a pressurized environment, maintaining good customer relations at all times · Attend industry trade shows, trade association gatherings, etc., as part of the company’s overall marketing efforts. Will work closely with research and development, sales, financial, and operations teams. · Has to take care of entire new product development with new innovations in coordination with QC and R& D team.
