Duties and Responsibilities: Total operational responsibility of sales and collections as per the assigned annual/ qtrly/ monthly targets. Full responsibility for the stocks / inventory and fixed assets at the branch Comprehensive market coverage Provide regular feedback to the company on competition and market dynamics Developing and implementing sales plans Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback Resolving customer problems as needed Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities Drafting forecasts and business plans Tracking of tenders Market/competitor intelligence Maintaining confidential information about pricing/etc strictly
