Fast learner and should have a great presence of mind Key Skills: • Managing the entire frontoffice. • Employee Services & Guest Relations • Greet all guest courteously and make them comfortable while waiting at the reception. • Manage the incoming and outgoing calls requests efficiently. • Attending calls and directing it to the relevant department. • Manage and facilitate all visitors. • Manage the meeting room bookings and occupancy. • Handling general correspondence.
