Position : Sr. Executive Qualification : HSC/Any graduates Experience : 1-2 Location : Mumbai Gender : Female Job Description 1) Retain clients expressing desire to cancel the booking / contract due to delay in project or various other reasons 2)Win-back clients who have already cancelled and get their trust and investment back in the business 3)Direct negotiation with the entitled clients about refunds and other payments 4)Deed of cancellation (DOC) closure meet with the cancellation clients,ensuring all the Ts&Cs are discussed correctly and customer's exit experience is smooth & wonderful 5)Managing the overall refund/payment inventory for cancellations, including designing a detail Plan Of Action for refund/payment disbursement to the clients 6)Preparing and sending in Daily, Weekly and Monthly report to the senior management 7) Very Good communication skills: Fluency, Grammar, & Neutral accent (B29 & above
