Job description:

"Administer the onboarding processes of the New joinees in terms of collecting and validating the joining documents and employment contracts. Coordinate with various operational departments like facilities and IT to ensure the first day formalities of new joinees. Lead the Background Verification of the New joinees and coordinate with the vendor to ensure proper documentation. Maintain and update the Employee personal files. Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. Track and monitor the employee reward and recognition inventories (awards, certificates, mementos etc) and take necessary steps to ensure smooth flow of the process. Preparing various employee letters like Travel, address proof, employment proof etc. Handle all HR related Invoices and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely payments."
