Role & Responsibilities Responsibility for overall centralized HR/Admin function. Ensuring appropriate communication at all levels. End to end recruitment. Attendance & Leave Management. Salary disbursement coordination. Handling Employee grievances, issues & queries. Releasing the employee letters. Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential. Plan, direct, supervise, coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff. Keep track on performance and training development. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program. Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
