Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
Statutory Compliance Management
Handling Statutory Compliance's (including wages, contract Labors Act, Bonus act, and Gratuity act) etc.
Interacting with Labour Department, ESI, PF, Registration, Professional Tax and other statutory matters.
Maintaining Attendance & Leave Record database according to the Shops and Establishment Act
Maintenance of Muster roll cum Wages Register as per the Minimum wages Act 1948.
Responsible for Employees PF Withdrawal & Transfer forms.
Handling all statuary and compliance related query.
Maintaining all CLRA act registers and forms.
Should be Good in Excel.
