Job description:

Ø Assisting Head in Day-to-Day activities, Ø Drafting Letter, Mails, MOMs, IOMs, etc. for circulation on behalf of MD, Ø Handling Telephone & Mobile calls & replying them accordingly, Ø Filing, Indexing and Documentation, Ø Receiving Mails and replying them accordingly, Ø Organizing / Scheduling Meetings, Ø Preparing Itinerary Ø Coordinating / follow-ups with Office Departments and branches for work updation and reviews and smooth work flow. Desired Candidate Profile: (Male Candidate only) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and Good command over English,Result Oriented with Planning & Organizing. Maintenance & upkeep Official Files. Knowledge of shorthand, Advanced proficiency in computers-MS Office/Power Point etc.
