3. You will handle End-to-End recruitment in various sub-sector of Bank including Retail banking, insurance, investment banking, Housing etc.
4. Good communication skills & good negotiation skills required.
5. As a talent acquisition executive, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with talented middle management and executive level in order to match the talents of those professionals with our open searches.
6. Manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of the completed search.
7. Completes focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc
8. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
