1 -2 years of experience in recruitment.To screen resume based on skill set.Talking to prospective candidates, understanding their role, explaining about the opening.scheduling and co-coordinating telephonic and personal interviews.conducting hr interviews.offer Follow-up & explaining the required joining formalities ensuring smooth joining and hand-holding of the new recruits.streamline recruitment related processes across the sector, innovate processes in recruitment.maintain internal database based on the candidate's status like selected, rejected, offered and all, for future requirements.good communication skills.
