2-Vacant room cleaning (In case room is not occupied)
3-Calling Plumber, Electrician Etc. in case of break down
4-Calling and keep co-ordination with Community Manager in case of any escalation
5-Informing Community Manager of any shortage of Inventory
6-Keeping a record of all the tenants guests visiting the property
7-Bed making (each room once a week)"
