Steward Candidate should be Self Confident, Guest Oriented having a Flair for Service. He/She should be good in Communication Skills, Telephone Skills and should be able to work well under pressure. The candidate should exhibit self control, patience and diplomacy while interacting with Guests. He/She should be able to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at the assigned station that is consistent with the Piccadily Standards & Procedures in order to maximise Guest Satisfaction and ensure smooth operation of the department.
