• Guest handling. • A-la-carte table handling. • Knowledge of crockery inventory. • Knowledge of Italian, Indian,continental, Food . Knowledge of Beverage and its combination with food • Knowledge about tax structure. • Knowledge of buffet system for any occasion. • Worked with IDS software and C –CET software • Maintaining the hygienic& hotel standard of service. • To understand the needs of the customer and close sales through skills. • Ensuring high quality service to achieve customer delight by extensive interaction with guest and quick resolution of problems. • Maintaining coasting everywhere, talking briefing every day. • Maintaining staff and duty allocation and inventory.
