Job Summary :BRANCH Coordinator
JOB LOCATION:Sikanderpur,GURUGRAM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Ø Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Ø Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters.)
Coordinating the office work as well as handling the clients requirements.
Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
Ability to draft flawlessly & correspond independently.
Coordination and assistance to Senior Manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ø Proven working experience as a “Branch Coordinator” or a relevant role.
Ø Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ø Must be Graduate /Post Graduate.
