Job description:
Answers emergency and non-emergency call requests for service; determines appropriate response as per defined parameters in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Represents clients serving as their emergency response center
Monitors the responders application.
Prioritizes and diverts appropriate calls to vendors for necessary action
Coordinates with other agencies, vendors for assistance.
Documents updates and changes in the 24 Response Application as required
Follow and maintain the response center tools and resources (e.g. kits, client procedures)
Other duties as assigned
