Designation: TSO/TSE (U.S international voice process) Key Responsibilities: *Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services. * Knowledge of Internet troubleshooting * Need to Handle US & UK Technical Support Calls. * Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans. * Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Facebook and Other Related Peripherals and Issues. * Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans. Salary: INR 1,80,000 - 2,50,000 P.A. + Fabulous Incentives Skill Required: *Candidate must be comfortable with night shifts. * Candidate Should be from nearby localities. *Experience into Domestic with average com skill can apply. *Should be comfortable with the night shift.
