Job description:

"1. Call Clients over the phone for resolving clients queries, convince the client, fix an appointment and help them to walk-in to the clinic. 2. The Process DOESNT Involves Cold Calling. Customer Care Executive would be required to reach only interested clients (clients who have sent in an enquiry from contact forms via various sources). 3. Ability to Work as a Client's Manager 4. Maintaining daily reporting (Excel) and company CRM (Training will be imparted) 5. Good Communication skills and convincing skills 6. Excellent and Timely Follow-Ups 7. Should be able to work in a team 8. Good Command Over English along with any one additional language: Hindi/ Tamil/Telegu/ Kannada/Marathi/Bengali 9. Excellent compensation with good working environment. 10. Preferably female 11. Age group 20 to 38 years "
