Job Summary Expectations from the selected employee: 1. Calling the new leads in the business, taking their requirements and help them shortlist venues as per their requirements. 2. Liaising with customers to help them find the perfect venue/vendor for their event using call/whatsapp/email 3. Consistently develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport 4. Ability to problem solve and contribute ideas to improve service for customers 5. Onboarding of new venues and supporting our existing venues and keep them engaged with the features on the site Qualifications and Skills More than 1 year of relevant experience. Fluent in English and Hindi. Strong convincing attitude. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹13,000.00 to ₹18,500.00 /year
