Job description:

Designation: Executive (UK BO): -- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. -- Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics -- Handling complaints, provided appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; followed up to ensure resolution. -- Building sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile -- Working in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks. -- Keeping records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way. -- Frequently attending educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level. Timing: Rotational 24*7 (9 hours Shift) Salary: 20% - 25% hike on last drawn (Max upto 3.00 lpa) Experience: Fresher or max of 2 years’ experience Extra Allowance: Night shift allowances (Rs: 120 to Rs: 200 per day), Transportations (Only after 8pm), Insurance and other benefits.
