Managing the travel desk & other related
Maintaining & forwarding the attendance list including
leave records of all the employees at the end of
every month to the Account department.
Maintaining the data base of the employees.
Handling purchase order for procurement.
Maintaining important / Confidential documents.
Follow up with the vendors for the material
Co-ordinating with the vendors for the maintenance
of the assests.
Settling the bill by taking the invoice & giving it to
the accounts department for clearnace.
Co-ordinating the travel agents for Visa.
Handling Printing & Stationery.
Handling office events & doing all necessary
Entrying all data in the computer.
Ensuring the timely provision of the visiting cards,
telephone, data cards etc.
