Job description:

Managing the travel desk & other related arrangement. Maintaining & forwarding the attendance list including leave records of all the employees at the end of every month to the Account department. Maintaining the data base of the employees. Handling purchase order for procurement. Maintaining important / Confidential documents. Follow up with the vendors for the material procured. Co-ordinating with the vendors for the maintenance of the assests. Settling the bill by taking the invoice & giving it to the accounts department for clearnace. Co-ordinating the travel agents for Visa. Handling Printing & Stationery. Handling office events & doing all necessary arrangments. Entrying all data in the computer.
